About Patty’s
Home-Cooked, Family-Owned, One-of-a-Kind
Located just outside beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, Patty’s Down the Road is a family-owned American diner serving Southern staples and comfort classics with a twist. Nestled between Lake Ouachita and Lake Hamilton, we’re a favorite stop for locals, boaters, road-trippers, and pie lovers alike.
When you walk into Patty’s, it’s clear this isn’t your typical diner. Walls are covered in sports and concert memorabilia. The menu is big, the food is bigger, and the vibe is always friendly.
We serve breakfast until noon (get your pancake fix), then bring on the burgers, sandwiches, hand-breaded plates, and scratch-made sides. Friday fish fry? We’ve got it. Saturday night prime rib? That too.
And no matter what you order, always save room for pie.
