We’re pulling this thing off the old-fashioned way: with big hearts, helping hands, and local support from people like you. Whether you're a maker, a business owner, or someone who just wants to pitch in, there are lots of ways to get involved in the Fall Bash—and every bit helps us raise more for local causes like St. Jude, animal rescues, and veteran support.

Bring your handmade goods, dog treats, crafts, preserves, or creative talents to our outdoor Vendors Market. Space is limited—apply early to lock in your spot.

Become Roundup Royalty

Whether it’s $10 or $100, becoming Roundup Royalty helps us give even more to St. Jude, DAV Chapter 5, and local animal rescues.

We're seeking donations for prize stations, event signage, and giveaways—plus in-kind help with things like chairs, hay bales, and cones.
