About the Royal Roundup Fall Bash

Celebrate community, charity, and small-town spirit at Patty’s Down the Road in Royal, Arkansas. The Royal Roundup Fall Bash runs November 7–9, 2025 with family-friendly games, local food, live music vibes, and prize-based fundraising that benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 5, Hanks Rescue, and the Garland County Humane Society.

Friday — Nov 7 (Kickoff Night)

Sunday — Nov 9 (Finale Day)

Family day + prize stations close at 5pm (Silent Auction ends at 5pm)
Last chance for Mystery Mail & market finds; pies whole or by the slice
OVERBOARD snack cart, burgers & hot dogs on the patio, pie by the slice

Venue & Parking

Location: Patty’s Down the Road, Royal, Arkansas

Parking: On-site and overflow field parking (watch for signage).

Accessibility: Flat entry to the restaurant and patio; accessible restrooms available. There is a slight incline to the field for the makers market and Touch-a-Truck events

Pet policy: Well-behaved, leashed pups outdoors are welcome.

Weather plan: Mostly outdoors; we’ll run rain or shine with covered areas as needed.

Tip: Bring a jacket for cooler temps.

Friday Kickoff Party

Kick off the weekend with a Friends of the Fest evening on the patio: lawn games, first looks at prize stations, light bites, and a relaxed, community vibe. Ticket tiers include perks and merch add-ons. Limited capacity.

Patty’s will be open Fri 7–8, Sat 7–7, Sun 7–2 with the full menu plus event specials. Out on the patio, grab burgers & hot dogs (Sat–Sun), the OVERBOARD snack cart with charcuterie cups & boards, seasonal drinks at the Pit Stop, and Patty’s famous pies by the slice or whole (pre-order available).

Prize Stations (Good Fun for a Great Cause)

Firearm Giveaway — Benefiting DAV Chapter 5

A prize-based fundraiser running mid-October to mid-December, with bonus entry pricing during the Fall Bash. Must meet all eligibility requirements; see full details on the Giveaway page.

Silent Auction — Benefits St. Jude, Hanks Rescue, and the Garland County Humane Society

Bid on gift baskets, cards, and experiences from local businesses. Closes Sunday at 5pm.

Mystery Mail — Every Envelope Wins

Purchase an envelope in our Mystery Mail booth and score surprise gift cards and freebies worth at least what you paid! 100% of proceeds go to charity partners.

Touch-a-Truck

Get up close with big rigs and everyday heroes — from tractors and dozers to vintage military vehicles and service trucks. Great photo ops and kid-friendly fun.

Quiet Hour: A lower-noise window will be noted on-site. Ear protection recommended for little ones.

FAQs

What are the hours each day?

Friday evening kickoff 6-8pm (ticket event); Saturday 12-5pm; Sunday 12-5pm. Detailed schedule to come.

Is there an entry fee?

General grounds are free; certain activities, entries, or the Friday Kickoff Party may be ticketed. Any ticketed section will be clearly marked both on the full schedule and in-person.

Where do proceeds go?

Net proceeds support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Disabled American Vets Chapter 5, Hanks Rescue, and the Garland County Humane Society.

Do I need cash?

Cards are accepted in most areas; some vendors may prefer cash. There is not an ATM on site. We will do our best to provide a list of vendors and activities before the event that will show if they accept cash, cards, or both.

Is the event kid- and pet-friendly?

Yes! Family-friendly programming all weekend. Leashed pets outdoors only.

What if it rains?

We’re rain or shine with covered areas and indoor space at Patty’s.
