Official Rules – Henry Golden Boy Giveaway

The Henry Golden Boy Giveaway is a charitable fundraising effort benefiting Disabled American Veterans Chapter 5, proudly hosted by Patty’s Down the Road in Royal, Arkansas. This giveaway is made possible through the generous donation of a Henry Golden Boy H004 .22LR rifle from Roger & Erin Latsha at Arego's.

How to Enter

There are two ways to participate:

  • Paid Entry: Purchase a ticket for $20 each at Patty’s Down the Road, 102 Bear Valley Trail, Royal, AR 71968. Tickets are available during normal business hours through December 15, 2025.
  • Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Mail a note telling us your favorite burger toppings and condiments (because Patty’s takes burgers seriously). Include your full name, phone number, and mailing address, and send to:

Free mail-in entries must be received by December 15, 2025 to be eligible.

Prize Details

  • Prize: Henry Golden Boy H004 .22LR rifle
  • Donated by: Roger & Erin Latsha
  • Approximate Value: $600
  • Winner Responsible For: All applicable taxes, transfer fees, and compliance with federal, state, and local firearm laws.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who are legally eligible to own or possess a firearm.
  • Must comply with all ATF regulations and pass required background checks at the time of firearm transfer.
  • The prize must be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer as required by law.
  • Void where prohibited.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winner will be randomly selected on or around December 16, 2025 at Patty’s Down the Road in Royal, Arkansas.
  • The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours.
  • If the selected winner cannot legally receive the prize, an alternate winner will be drawn.

Additional Terms

  • No limit on the number of entries per person.
  • Paid and free entries have an equal chance of winning.
  • Patty’s Down the Road, DAV Chapter 5, and associated individuals are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected mail.
  • By entering, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes related to this fundraiser.
