Every contribution helps cover the out-of-pocket costs of hosting the weekend — from signage and supplies to games and prize stations — so we can donate the maximum amount to our partner charities:

Includes everything above plus a shoutout in our event recap email and social media thanks after the event.

$50 — Bronze Sponsor

Includes all of the above plus mention on our on-site signage and check-in handouts as a supporter of the event.

$100 — Silver Sponsor

Includes everything above plus an individual spotlight on our social pages after the event and early notice for next year’s Round-Up opportunities.
